Where is my order?

Your order tracking number will have been included in your order confirmation email (remember to check your junk/spam inbox).

Do I have to pay import tax?

Our logistics partner provides customs clearance services, so you do not need to pay customs duties.

I put the wrong address on my order - what happens now?

In most cases, orders will be delivered by the local courier. If an incorrect address is provided, this may result in delivery failure. Orders will be returned to our warehouse, typically within 15 days. Upon receipt by our warehouse, the address can be corrected for a second delivery attempt, which will incur a $15 delivery fee. Therefore, we strongly advise you to ensure the accuracy of your address.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Delivery depends on your local courier service. If the delivery person is unable to deliver or contact you, they will typically attempt to deliver again on the next scheduled delivery day or return the package to the local post office. However, in some instances, the package may be returned directly to our warehouse, incurring a $15 fee for a second delivery attempt. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you provide a telephone number when placing your order to facilitate contact by the delivery person.

I think my parcel is lost - what shall I do?

Use your tracking link (sent in the order confirmation email) to view the latest location updates of your package. If you believe your order has indeed been lost, please contact us (info@kumokumofit.com). Once confirmed, we will file a claim with the courier and arrange for a reshipment.

I have placed an order but have not received email confirmation, how can I check on this?

Contact us(info@kumokumofit.com) with your order number and a member of our team will provide this confirmation for you.

Can I change / cancel my order after I have placed it?

You can ONLYchange / cancel your order if your order has not already been shipped - you will have received shipping confirmation via email. 

I don't like the item I ordered / Wrong size, what are my options?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our shorts and socks. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will see how we can assist you.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, social anomalies (such as strikes, riots, wars, terrorism, public health incidents, significant epidemics, plagues, etc.), natural disasters (such as blizzards, hailstorms, fires, floods, landslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, power outages, natural calamities, etc.), any governmental actions (such as expropriation, requisition, restrictions, regulations, measures, etc.), unexpected traffic accidents, modifications in laws and policies, actions, decisions or orders by judicial authorities, customs inspection delays, flight delays, and other unforeseen, unavoidable, and uncontrollable situations or events. Under no circumstances shall KUMOKUMO be liable to customers for any type of damages, destruction, loss, demurrage fees, or non-fulfillment of obligations arising from any Force Majeure event.
